About Michael


Michael Armstrong brings over 30 years of expertise in the Australian commercial property sector. He began his career leasing shops in Perth, quickly advancing to deliver two of the state’s top 10 shopping centre’s. In Sydney, he led retail leasing at Byvan, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Mirvac, handling thousands of deals.

He ran Jones Lang LaSalle’s national Shopping Centre business and Mirvac’s national Shopping Centre and Bulky Goods divisions. Michael revitalised The Rocks for the State Government before COVID-19, collaborated on mixed-use projects with Meriton, and recently represented the Government on the Sydney Fish Markets development.

With a strong track record across Leasing, Property Management, Asset Management, and Development, including over 35 major projects, Michael now provides top-tier asset management and leasing services to property owners and industry players.
